About ACF Film

ACF (Aorita3d Composite Film) Film is a special release film developed by Aorita3d for 3D resin printers, using the latest film composite technology. Its characteristics are:

  • 1. Premium ACF Release Film Roll: Bulk Size for Business UseMaterial: Advanced Composite (ACF) Film | Width: 300mm | Length: 10m | Net Weight: 2.1kg. Designed as a continuous roll to support bulk operations, ideal for resellers, multi-printer workshops, and high-volume production environments.
  • 2. Cost-Effective & Customizable for All Printer Sizes Cut the film to any size you need after purchase, eliminating material waste and reducing long-term costs. If your resin tank exceeds 300mm, simply rotate the roll and use the 10m length as the long side to fit large-format printers.
  • 3. Outperforms NFEP & FEP for Professional Printing ACF film delivers superior release properties with minimal peeling force, significantly outperforming standard FEP and NFEP films. It reduces print failures, improves model accuracy, and extends print runs—perfect for high-volume and precision applications.
  • 4. Built for High-Speed & Industrial-Grade Printing Engineered to withstand the demands of high-speed resin printers, ACF film maintains consistent performance even during rapid print cycles. Whether you’re scaling production or upgrading your setup, it supports faster workflows without sacrificing quality.
  • 5. Reliable for Dental, Jewelry & Precision Applications Verified to meet the strict accuracy requirements of dental and jewelry 3D printers. Achieve sharp, detailed prints with consistent layer adhesion, making this roll a dependable choice for professional and commercial use cases.
  • To minimize potential after-sales issues, we include extra material with every order at no additional cost. Additionally, we offer 24/7 customer and technical support — feel free to reach out to us for any questions or concerns regarding our materials.

ACF Film History

With the continuous upgrading of 3D resin printers and the increase in printing size, the problem of traditional FEP's high release force has become more and more obvious, which seriously restricts the progress of the 3D printing industry. Aorita noticed this phenomenon. After 3 years of research and development and testing, we finally developed a release film that is professionally adapted to large-format and high-speed printers: Aorita3d Composite Film (ACF Film for short)

Specifications

Material:ACF
Color:Transparent
Size:300mm x 10m

Thickness: 0.3mm

Excellent Ductility

Ultra-low release force

ACF Film adopts double-layer composite technology, which greatly improves the problem of high release force during printing.

High-speed printing adapted to release film

ACF Film adopts a new release method and has very good ductility. After testing, it can fully adapt to the latest high-speed printing mode without damaging the model and release film.

Ultra-light release Supports high-speed printing

Better resin compatibility

ACF Film is compatible with many specialty resins. For example: dental resin, jewelry resin, ceramic resin, etc.

ACF standard thickness

ACF Film has a very standard thickness (0.3+-0.02mm), if you find other thicknesses, you may want to pay attention

Note:

The hard side of the ACF release film is the protective film, while the soft side is the release film.

Regarding ACF film:

1. The harder blue side is the protective film, please remove it before use

2. When separating the film from the protective film, please slowly remove it as it may damage the film too quickly

3. The ACF film is divided into two sides, with the rough side facing towards the light source. The smooth side faces the resin.
