About ACF Film

ACF (Aorita3d Composite Film) Film is a special release film developed by Aorita3d for 3D resin printers, using the latest film composite technology. Its characteristics are:

1. Printing release force lower than NFEP and FEP

2. Different from the hard peeling method of FEP and NFEP release film, ACF release film adopts "soft" peeling method, so the ACF film release film is relatively soft.

3. It can withstand higher temperatures and can continue to work at 260°C.

4. It has better resin compatibility and can print more types of resins.

5. Adapt to the current high-speed printing mode, and the printing effect is very good

6. The printing failure rate is greatly reduced. Even if you have no printing experience, you can still print successfully.

ACF Film History

With the continuous upgrading of 3D resin printers and the increase in printing size, the problem of traditional FEP's high release force has become more and more obvious, which seriously restricts the progress of the 3D printing industry. Aorita noticed this phenomenon. ACF standard thickness

ACF Film has a very standard thickness (0.3+-0.02mm), if you find other thicknesses, you may want to pay attention

 

Note:

The hard side of the ACF release film is the protective film, while the soft side is the release film.


Regarding ACF film:

1. The harder blue side is the protective film, please remove it before use

2. When separating the film from the protective film, please slowly remove it as it may damage the film too quickly

3. The ACF film is divided into two sides, with the rough side facing towards the light source. The smooth side faces the resin.
